Hi, my name is Nicolas Comstock I am 33 years old I live in Columbus Ohio. I have CMV - Let’s just say it's part of the Cerebral Palsy family. This condition causes me to be in a wheelchair and leaves me to rely on public accessible transportation as well as accessible transportation from my home health care agency. For the last several years I have been relying on public and accessible transportation from my home health care agency. I am a public speaker. I advocate for people just like myself with disabilities and my public speaking career is about to take off! It is because of this I am reaching out for help today. I can no longer rely on public accessible transportation or accessible transportation from my home health care agency due to high demand from their other clients, this is why it's important for me to get a van of my own If I have a van of my own, I will no longer rely on public transportation or transportation from my home health care agency. This would allow me to get to speaking engagements, doctors’ appointments and just allow me to enjoy life at my leisure. Having my own van will also allow me to have my family and friends drive me around whereas if I am relying on public transportation, I can only have their drivers drive me, the same goes for home health care agencies. I appreciate your upcoming generosity, and I thank you for taking the time to read my story.
