Bring on the sweat, blisters, sore backs, and full hearts- the 72 Hole Golf Challenge is back! Golfers are training now to complete 72 holes, walking with bags roughly 25 miles- in a single day- all in the name of taking cancer down. When the pandemic canceled Pelotonia in 2024, one man had a mission to honor his father, lost too soon to cancer, by continuing to fundraise in the name of fighting cancer. Just like grocery pickup and remote work options, the best innovations of the pandemic live on- and the 72 Hole Golf Challenge finds itself bigger and better than ever. Since 2024, The Challenge has grown to include over 25 participants and has raised over $12,000 to support individuals and organizations fighting cancer. For 2024, the premier organization the Challenge will support is Fight Colorectal Cancer. This organization was chosen in support of our friend and Challenge participant, Jake Trego, who himself is fighting colon cancer. Your generosity for the cause is deeply appreciated.
