Moisés is a young entrepreneur who graduated in hotel administration in Santiago. Since university he demonstrated his passion for gastronomy by going through different cuisines in Santiago. Several years ago he started his project from his home, doing catering, daily meals, meal plans among others, many times doing it all alone. For several months Moisés has had a place where it has stood out for its tasting dinners, delicious food and extremely pleasant atmosphere. This past August 3, his restaurant, which he has worked non-stop to have, suffered a fire due to a short circuit. The premises suffered a total loss of kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, bar and supplies. Let's help Moses. He is a good young man, hard-working, empathetic, disciplined and deserves to have again what he has worked so hard for. I, Ysabel Toribio, know Moises from college. I was his teacher in culinary school. Moises always showed interest and drive inside the kitchen and in class. He excelled as a student and was always up to the task to learn more everyday. Moises will use all funds raised to rebuild his restaurant he opened with so much hard work. He wishes to open as soon as posible but is struggling to find de funds to do so, as he is young and new in the restaurant business. He will have to start from zero. Rebuild the kitchen, rebuild bathrooms, bar and entire restaurant while paying his staff and helping provide for them. These funds will alleviate him as he is also has to pay so many fees including fire department, electricity, rent and so much more. Thank you to everyone who has donated, let's not let this fire and disaster turn off Moises light and dedication as he is providing his community with great food as well as providing jobs.
