Hola Everyone my name is Ivonne Olson. With the help of my neighbors I’m creating this LFEBridge page for a very special person who I deeply love and many of you know and love too- my daughter Whitney Olson. I don’t know where to even begin- my daughter has been there for me, her children and her father and many people in her community and plenty of others and probably more people than I can imagine- and never expected anything in return. As I am typing this- I can’t stop tears falling from my eyes. My daughter is the strongest most loving person-her soul has the ability to light up the room- her hugs are one of a kind and overall her energy is so powerful and contagious. She is a true fighter and a very strong woman and most importantly- the best mother to her two beautiful children. On June 30th her vehicle was stolen from her parking garage. I never thought that my daughter would be a victim of this type of crime nor did she prepare herself for this predicament. Unfortunately, her insurance will not be assisting and informed her that she is responsible for the remaining monthly payments on a car she no longer poses. I never doubted Whitney- that same day her car got stolen she started to find a solution to her problem. She found a reliable vehicle to transport myself, and the rest of us. However due to her having to take public transportation and rely on delivery services for groceries, she does not have any extra income to pay for the vehicle she found. To complete her purchase, she needs $1,900.00. My heart breaks for my baby girl because she’s such a deserving person. She should not be going through all of this. To this day- they have not found her car. She left her debit card in her vehicle and the bank called her due to “suspicious activity”. Someone attempted to make a purchase in Toronto Canada which means the car may be out of the country. We advised this to the police but they have not gotten back to us. I am creating this page against her wishes- sometimes a powerful person like herself does not know how to ask for help. I wish I can help her but with my limited income and my illnesses I am unable to work. Currently I am going through a Chemo treatment and have gotten really sick myself. Because of this- I am unable to work and help my daughter. In the midst of this- Whitney also has been experiencing health complications. She will be having an upcoming surgery on August 28th of this year. It is so crucial for our family to have a reliable source of transportation. Our treatments and medical procedures are located an hour and half away from where we live. Due to the nature of our medical conditions we need to be seen by specific specialists located in Palo Alto CA and need reliable transportation as soon as possible. I am asking for the community to help raise funds for my daughter so we can help her purchase a vehicle. This should be the last complication she needs to deal with as she’s preparing for her surgery next month and medical leave. She is a single mother of twins on a fixed income. By the grace of God she was approved for another loan for this vehicle. Please help me raise the remaining funds she needs to complete her purchase. Any dollar helps.
