On the early morning of July 6, 2024 Warren was awakened by his bedroom smoke alarm going off. Opening the bedroom door, he was confronted by a wall of flames. Shouting "Fire," he was able to awaken his wife Rose and his son, Jeff. asleep in his room down the hall. Jeff immediately broke a window and climbed out onto the roof. He made his way around to his parents' room where he broke another window, allowing them to crawl out as well. They truly saved one another's lives that morning. Thankfully, all three survived with few injuries, but their four beloved dogs perished in the blaze. Though the family home is a total loss, Warren, Rose and Jeff are mourning the loss of their precious pets. Their fondest wish is to be able to give their pets a fitting burial. Insurance will take care of the family's initial needs, but many incidentals are not covered. Warren operated two businesses out of his home. Some of his equipment is covered by insurance, but the cost of reconstructing files and other incidentals are not. In addition, the cost of burying their pets and their combined loss of income is not covered. Please consider donating whatever you can to help this family out.
