“I received help from you, and I have a little boy who will be able to receive gifts thanks to you. You are people of light. My family and I are very grateful for this help that you have given us. Thank you very much and happy holidays.” This is a message we received from a mum after picking up her monthly allotment of food and essentials, as well as gifts from the Christmas toy drive. Because of the generous contributions of so many individuals and businesses, they and other families were able to have a happy Christmas. Now, the work of collecting food and monetary donations for families begins again, because hunger never takes a holiday, and families need food each and every month of the year. Won’t you join us with a New Year’s resolution to help more local families in need of food? We are committed to increasing our number of families in 2024 from 27 to 37. The need is unfortunately real and rising, and because of you, we can meet this goal! Please help us by donating whatever you are able to.
