Imagine one day coming home to and eviction notice on your door for a home that was left to you from your mom. Now imagine being harassed by people knocking on your door wanting to “look at the property they’re trying to purchase”, all the while your home is paid for and has been for years. Then only to go look into it and being told there is nothing they can do about it. Hello everyone, My name is Rosalinda Martinez. I am 60 years old and my home that I have lived in all my life with my kids and now grandkids is being threatened to be taken from me. All because of a mixup with the county that I live in and a mortgage company. My home has been paid off since I was a child but yet an error made decades ago is now coming into play stating my home is not on the right land, because of a foreclosure dealing with a house next to me. I have sought out to fix the problem but have ran into brick wall after brick wall. We are now homeless because of everything going on and we are scared to go back into the house because of being threatened to be arrested. My kids, grandkids and I are living every day fighting to get our home back under stress circumstances. We are asking for anything you can donate to help us get a lawyer, in order to save my home and my land. I have ran out of all options. Please help me save my home this is all I have left from my mom. I will be posting the article from the news press but nothing has been done so far. No one wants to swop deeds.
