My name is Kerry, and along with my sister Lisbet and my Eagle sisters Sandy and Laurie, I'm fundraising for our friends Telisia and Danny Pruitt (and Ladybug their dog). Their home suffered a devastating fire yesterday. Everything was destroyed by fire, smoke, or water damage and they will need to rebuild their lives. That means finding a new place, clothing, appliances, furniture, bedding, and all the things we use each day without thinking. Unfortunately, they did not have renter's insurance, so they will be starting from scratch. You know, if you've been to the Fraternal Order of Eagles when T is working then you've experienced her warmth, sense of humor, and dedication to her craft. She raises thousands of dollars for her kidney charity every year, and she is the first to help the rest of us work on our charities. T will drop everything and do anything to help someone in need. Let's dig deep and help them recover from this devastating fire. Finally, we are all so grateful they are physically unharmed! Please help the Pruitts start on the road back to normalcy and re-establish the comfort of a loving home.
