Taylor Morgan, a close friend to many of us in the Encinitas community, was unfortunately involved in a motorcycle accident recently. He was critically injured and airlifted to Palomar medical and underwent several surgeries. He sustained multiple injuries including a broken femur, pelvic, ankle, foot, and a lacerated bladder. During his hospital stay, he had a bowel obstruction caused by an adhesion and hernia. We’re extremely grateful that was the extent of his injuries and that he’s still here with us, smiling and laughing as his usual self! He’s got a long road of recovery ahead of him though and we’re doing what we can to help him get back on his feet. He’s been an integral part of Ironsmith Coffee Roasters as he was the mastermind of our most recent buildout. He literally has his hands working on so many small businesses in and around Encinitas and without his skills set, some of your favorites local hangs wouldn’t be the same.
