Hi all, We, as friends and family, are starting this fundraiser on behalf of Reina Flores. On July 24, Reina was riding her bicycle when an 18-wheeler semi-truck collided into her. Reina was traveling in New York at the time of the accident. She was helicoptered to a New York hospital, where she will be staying throughout her recovery. While we are immensely grateful Reina is alive and expected to make a full recovery, we are hoping to raise funds to support her medical and living expenses. She has sustained various injuries and will need to undergo various surgeries in the next couple of weeks. If you are lucky enough to know Reina, you know she is tough and will be doing everything in her power to support her own recovery. We are so grateful for the people in Reina's community who have reached out to offer their additional support to her throughout this experience. We believe your donations will make a significant difference in Reina's recovery by alleviating the financial strain this accident will have on her and her family.
