From her time living on the streets to becoming a mother at the tender age of 16, she has embraced every challenge with love and commitment. Nikki's passion for sustainable and regenerative solutions led her to prestigious institutions like the Buckminster Fuller Institute, the Ananda Institute, Orange Coast College, the Biomimicry Institute, and Pachamama Alliance. She honed her skills in system design, social and environmental regeneration, social entrepreneurship, and public speaking, which she leveraged as the CEO of a B-Corp aimed at reducing food waste and alleviating food insecurity. Currently, she's further expanding her knowledge and skills at the Regenerator's Academy, a year-long educational program centered around regenerative system design. However, Nikki is currently navigating a series of difficult circumstances, one of which is a serious threat to her work and reputation. She recently expressed concern about a trend of sabotage and defamation attempts targeting visionaries like her in the regenerative and systems change community. Despite the fear and frustration, Nikki bravely continues to advocate for this movement and protect her work. Adding to these adversities is the recent loss of a man she considered her real father figure. This beloved individual played a significant role in Nikki's life, and his recent passing has added another layer of hardship. Nikki's current needs are: Rent for the past two months and next month: $4,800 ($1,600 per month) Legal and Related Expenses: $8,000 (This covers her legal fees and expenses related to protecting her mission) Essential Financial Obligations Abroad: $400 Health Insurance Premium: $958 (Two overdue months at $639 and next month at $319) The total estimated cost comes to approximately $16,000 - which accounts for LFEBridge's fees as well.
