Hi, we are here to help Reece embrace what will be a new normal for him. On Friday, July 28th, Reece thought he was going into the hospital for support with his sciatica pain. Little did he know that he actually had cauda equina syndrome. This is a fairly rare condition that he managed to catch early enough before serious permanent damage and loss of basic functions. On Saturday, July 29th he had surgery on his spine. Surgery was a success and Reece managed to recover well. However, the road to recovery will be long. So Reece needs us, his family and community to help him do this. As we all know Reece loves an adventure. He also loves the opportunity to help other people who are in trouble. Reece’s work with Wildseed seems to concern itself with convincing those of us who chose to remain connected to struggle through our work to take a break, assess what lies ahead and decide for ourselves where we can fit towards the journey towards liberation. So it makes sense that Reece will have the hardest time convincing himself that he needs to take a break and assess how he can live a new life as a person with possible long-term disabilities. In order for him to keep working, he is going to need to change his life. Your contribution will help him do that. Your contribution today can help with the following needs: Physical Therapy ADA things for his home ie grab bars and other accommodations Expenses related to the recent surgery An anti-inflammatory meal plan service Cleaning service (weekly) including laundry as he cannot lift, bend or turn Task rabbit/ Personal shopper: Other groceries/ household needs that include putting things away. Travel support for a fun vacay when he is able Trauma therapy support With so much love and appreciation,
