Hey guys, I know many of you are already familiar with Lone Wolf Farm and it's owner, Sandy. If you aren't, Lone Wolf Farm is a beloved farm market in Pemberton, NJ and staple at multiple farmers markets in the area. She also hosts First Friday markets at her farm. Sandy recently had an accident that left her with a broken rip and collapsed lung. This is devastating to a farmer, especially in the height of the growing season. Sandy runs her farm. She keeps it going. She's the backbone. Her absence means massive financial strain on the farm as they try to figure out how to get the fields tended to and harvested for sale. If any of you know any small farmers out there, you know they have an incredibly difficult job that is largely based on their physical body. It's akin to a disease killing the entire field of crops. Sandy is an ethical farmer and brings us all the staples we all love... the produce, plants, flowers, sauces, dressings, etc... Let's help them keep going! I know many of you have memories of getting produce and flowers at the former location of Lone Wolf Farm Market at the corner of Rt 38 and 541. Or maybe you are a part of their CSA. Or you hit the market on Pemberton Rd regularly. Whatever it is, we love Sandy and Lone Wolf. No donation is too small. Every little bit will help with running the farm and medical expenses. This is a time when community shows up!! That being said, comment if you want to volunteer help with harvesting/farm work, too! I cant wait to see how much everyone shows up!! Much love.
