If you have ever stopped by Cluck U in East Stroudsburg, it's likely you have had the pleasure of meeting our GM Danny Roos. Unfortunately on July 30, 2024, Danny and his wife Katie lost their home to a tragic fire in East Stroudsburg. Thankfully they are both okay, but they lost everything. These two high school sweethearts started to build their life in the Poconos together after tying the knot at the end of last year. Now, they face an unimaginable challenge as they try to rebuild their lives from scratch while expecting their first child in the middle of August. This should be a time filled with anticipation and preparation for their bundle of joy but instead, they find themselves grappling with the aftermath of a tragedy. Danny has been the GM at Cluck U for over 10 years. He attended East Stroudsburg University and decided to make Eastburg his home. We understand that times are tough for many of us, but even the smallest donation can make a significant impact when combined with the generosity of others.
