Yorktown, Shrub Oak and Lakeland community, this past week’s storm had devastating effect on one of our neighbors. The flooding was worse than anyone expected and caused extreme damage and devastation. The Spirito’s suffered extensive home and property damage including the total loss of their vehicle. The Spiritos have been active members of the PTA and always generously volunteer their time for the community. With three small children who are in the Lakeland school system, we are reaching out to the community to help this family get through this traumatizing event. The Spirito family has been displaced and need support from our community. We are asking for generous donations to get this loving family back on their feet.
