Hello, I'm Eric being forced to move out of my apartment in seven (7) days (Saturday 7/29). I have barely afforded a room for rent and a monthly storage facility. I am not currently working and won't get paid on any new job for weeks. I need funds for the U-Haul, Uber rides, buses, and groceries to keep me going during this transition period. I no longer have a working vehicle and have been turned down for CalFresh. I haven't seen my daughter since Christmas due to the lack of funds or reliable transportation. I have reached out to Housing is Key, 211, and Cal-rent Relief. All have said it could take weeks for any aid to arrive. Please help if you can. I'm beyond ashamed and embarrassed by all of this.
