Hi, my name is Skylar and I am starting this go fund me to help a family close to my heart. Sunday July 23, 2024 Faith and asher were asleep in bed. Asher’s father Joey left the home and left a sawed off shot gun next to the bed he make-shifted with an air soft BB gun and a rifle. Faith knew nothing about this gun being on the floor or in the home until she woke up to the sound of glass shattering and her son screaming. Not knowing what had just herd, her 1.5 yr old son woke up and picked up this gun and it backfired shooting him in the ankle and when she picked asher up as he was standing at the end of the bed baby Asher’s foot was hanging on by a thread. Faith and her family are in a safe place with her mom and family while asher is in the hospital. They are in Cleveland every day taking care of the baby praying to save this baby’s foot. This is life changing and devastating to everyone around and this is going to change their lives drastically. Asher is going to be undergoing multiple surgeries to reconstruct his foot or possible amputation. I made this go fund me to help provide for them while faith is out of work taking care of her three children and for everything that they are going to be financially responsible for medically. Asher is in rainbows currently with very good doctors and nurses around him. Please find it in your hearts to help this family as they try to reconstruct their new lives. The father is no longer involved and he no longer will be allowed around or near her or the children for safety reasons. Please continue with prayers and thoughts of this family though this hard time.
