Hi! My name is Ryan Pincus. This fall I am going to have my Bar Mitzvah. The word mitzvah means a good deed. I spent a lot of time thinking about a mitzvah that would help as many people as possible. Finally, I came up with a great idea! I always love getting new supplies at the start of the school year. Unfortunately, many children aren’t as lucky as me. That's why I would like to donate school supplies to children who can’t afford to purchase them. My family contacted nourish.NJ. This is an amazing organization! Nourish.NJ creates lasting solutions to the problems of hunger, homelessness and poverty in New Jersey. They told me that there is a great need for school supplies in our area. My goal is to purchase as many supplies as possible. I would like to provide backpacks, notebooks, magic markers, crayons, pencils, erasers, rulers, binders and folders.
