update 11/2 Robert just had another surgery with several biopsies on new places that arose and these came back cancerous again and he will need to undergo 6 BCG treatments starting at the end of the month. Please keep him and our family in your prayers. We were able to finally meet our deductible for last year and this year because of how his insurance runs which led us at 15k. We are on multiple payment plans which we are thankful to be able to do and are taking it day by day! As most of you know Robert has not felt well for a while now and has not been up to his 100% self. His journey started in March when he was not feeling well and after several doctor visits, a ER visit and several tests they diagnosed him with bladder cancer. While we know our journey is just beginning and there may be long days and nights ahead of us, we have Faith. We are praying they caught the cancer early enough that they have it contained and with surgery and some chemo they can keep it at bay. We are feeling all of the love and prayers from our family and friends and even people who don't know us personally who want to add them to their prayer lists. While we are thankful for medical insurance and we know our journey is just beginning, we already have medical bills coming in and we know a lot more on the way. At this time we are already at approximately 10k in medical expenses and know its just the start. We have had several people already reach out to us about donating and asking how they can help. And while it is not neccessary we wanted to provide a way for anyone who felt led to to have a place to donate. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
