On July 13 2024, all KBH employees were let go with no warning or pay. Most of the 30+ person staff, spanning 5 stores, didn't receive any pay for the last 2 weeks of work. We were let go without any sort of warning, were told our stores were empty by CUSTOMERS & got no answers from the owner Paul Grass. We woke up employed and went to sleep jobless with no pay. We had no clue we would lose our jobs so we had no way to prepare to find new ones. Still, on the morning of 7/14 we have no answers from our owner on if we are getting the rest of the pay we are owed. Paul Grass has left 30+ people jobless with no warning or care. We deserve better than this.
