The Railway Garden at Fernwood Botanical Garden has been a treasured attraction for the past seven years since its opening day on Father's Day, 2009. On Wednesday, October 21, 2015, the Railway Garden suffered a devastating electrical fire. Read more here. Thousands of families in the Michiana community have created countless memories in the special Railway Garden over the past seven years. Fernwood intends to rebuild, so let's help make that possible - bringing the Railway Garden BACK, better than ever!I grew up at Fernwood, and it's been a treasured destination in our community for over 50 years. If you or your family has enjoyed Fernwood as much as I have over the years, now is the time to show your support. I look forward to visiting the new Railway Garden when it reopens.
