Hi, my name is Nikhil and I'm trying to raise money for my dog Rama. This past week, he had to have emergency surgery to remove an obstruction from his intestine. There was no time to prepare for the operation, we had to do it immediately or he would've likely lost his life. The surgery + urgent care bills cost $10,659. Rama's mother is currently unemployed, and I currently work at a music school and recording studio juggling two jobs (living paycheck to paycheck). To put it simply, there is no disposable income available to cover the cost of this surgery. We are hoping to get some help from the community to help cover this emergency cost. If you know Rama, you're probably familiar with how loving, sweet, and energetic he is to live life every day. It's really difficult to see him in his heavily medicated state where he is lethargic, and he has to be under supervision 24/7 which has made it difficult to continue working normally.
