Hi everyone :) Welcome to Team Chareka! Here's the story: Radiant Dance Center is an organization where faith meets movement. The foundational scripture is: "Those who look to him are RADIANT and their faces are never covered with shame." Psalm 34:5 RDC works mainly with ages 3-18 and is looking for dancers who desire to take their skills to the next level. A mantra for RDC is to dance with "a purpose and for a purpose." That purpose is to glorify God and empower the next generation. The aim is to provide a safe, modest, and family-friendly environment where students can excel in and outside of the studio. Chareka’s goal is to provide a place where dancers can experience hope, causing a rippling effect of the radiance of God’s presence. The dance instruction is taught through the lens of artistic excellence, exhilarating performances, and innovative choreography. A little vision to inside the classroom: Chareka teaches her dancers confidence though allowing space for each of them to lead their peers in prayer, encourage one another, and recite truth (scripture/mantras) at the beginning and end of each class. She finds unique ways to celebrate her students including birthdays and spotlight moments for them to showcase their creativity. You may be asking “Why a LFEBridge?” Well, starting a business is challenging, requiring a lot of time and attention. Last year, she was balancing both RDC and full-time teaching. This year, God has asked her to take "the leap" and focus primarily on Radiant Dance Center. In doing so, her level of creativity and productivity will increase. So here is where she needs your help :) Would you consider partnering with her in the start-up cost for RDC? Her local church has graciously offered a great space to teach. A goal of hers is to teach between six and nine classes a week beginning August 14th. Before that, she needs to raise some funds. She keeps saying, “The beginning stages of any business is hard, I know that God is faithful. I believe that RDC is going to be a blessing to so many families. I don’t want money to be a reason why I don't pursue this.” If you can give... here is what the money would cover: -rent for the rental space -business expenses while I build (insurance, bank fees, accounting, software) -dance equipment needed for class/instructions -assistance with some personal needs as this will be her primary job Thank you so much for reading this and even considering partnering with her.
