Hi! PRIDE x ASLA is a collective of queer landscape architecture professionals who have come together to formalize an affinity group for all LGBTQIA+ people in the landscape architecture community. Our mission is to improve the visibility of queer practitioners and places, and foster more collaboration and recognition. We started in 2024 in San Francisco with a casual get together after hours, and have since presented at LaBASH, participated in a Landscape Architecture Magazine roundtable, and contributed to a handful of other ASLA Pride Month features. This year in Minneapolis we're planning another social event and a walk through the city. Your generous donation will allow us to fund more programming, create a firm resource list for LGBTQIA+ folks looking to work in an affirming office, and offer scholarships for emerging professionals to attend the Conference on Landscape Architecture.
