Hi all, This is a fundraiser for my friend Fran Piazza, who was also my college flute professor, and taught me a ton about playing the flute. She's an amazing musician and teacher. She has an emergency, and will need a miracle to help her out. Fran's Home Owner's Association is trying to foreclose on her condo where she has lived since 2003. The dispute is over a past due assessment fee that has accrued exorbitant interest, and late fees. She has had to hire an attorney, and since COVID and severe health issues with Crohn's disease, her income has greatly suffered. If you're able to help her out, anything is greatly appreciated.
