Hey friends and family, we have set up this LFEBridge to help our best friend, Jessica Woodall. Jessica and her four children live in a home close to Woodward Mill Elementary in Lawrenceville. On Tuesday morning, Jessica had gone to work a little early and got a phone call no parent ever wants to receive-- her home was on fire and her four kids (two teenagers and her seven-year-old twins) were home asleep when she had left about 30 minutes prior. Thankfully all four children were able to safely escape the house through a bedroom window and were able to get three out of four of their pets out safely as well. While the home was not totally destroyed, it did have major damage to the whole back part of the house. Of course, all parts of the house have tremendous smoke and heat damage as well. They had to leave the house with only the clothes/pajamas on their backs and are living in temporary housing as the long process begins toward repairs. They are estimating they will be out of their home for about 9-10 months. If you can help even in the smallest amount, please do. These are friends we consider family. This is a hard-working single mom who bought her own home for her family. They are literally having to start from scratch and purchase every basic thing they need. All of their back-to-school clothes, shoes, and supplies were ruined in the fire. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you in advance for any amount you can give! Sincerely, Melissa, CeeCee, Kelly, and Alyssa
