Greetings, As many may know, the Alpha Theta Chapter of Pike recently moved back into our chapter house at 117 Belmar Avenue. While many things are paid for by our budget, it would be irresponsible for our brass to gouge dues from the members. Being on the top of the hill, it is important to us that we let our name be known to our peers and visitors on campus. With that said, we have not been able to get our Chapter letters on the gable of the house. The letters have already been manufactured, but the quote we were given for installation is $7,500. We believe the high price is due to the 80-foot lift required to secure them to the gable and the location of the house on top of the hill.
