Hi, I'm asking for help on behalf of Mr. Darcy. He is a spunky, fun, one year old cat that gives us endless laughs. He plays fetch and absolutely adores his orange rope and Christmas polar teddy bear. Over the weekend he accidentally ingested part of a cat toy and developed an abdominal blockage that is 2cm in length. We came to this discovery after x-rays, blood work, testing, and an ultrasound. He is having surgery to remove it and those unexpected expenses come to $9,000. He is currently receiving IV fluids, pain management medication, and much needed medical care at the emergency veterinary clinic in GR. After his surgery he will remain there for a day to be monitored and to make sure all is well before being allowed to return home and recover from his ordeal. Any and all help off setting these expenses would be beyond greatly appreciated. I love this little floof!!
