Our daughter, Alice, has been dancing since she was 4 years old. She’s got the opportunity to dance on stage in Disneyland, Paris in July 2024 and I am trying to raise some funds to help with the costs. I have decided to virtually walk the 460 miles from Conisbrough to Disneyland Paris in the year leading up to July 2024! As part of my MSSOD challenge, I’m attempting the Yorkshire Three Peaks this September 2024. The climax of my challenge will be the mighty Ben Nevis in May 2024! So far in 2024, I’ve done a few walking challenges. I’ve climbed Snowdon, Scafell Pike (x2) and completed a Total Warrior course. I will also encourage Alice to get involved with 1 Park Run each month before Disney! She isn’t a runner or big Walker so this will be a big challenge for her! Michelle Seekings School of Dance is a long running hard working local business that will do their best to make this trip possible for every dancer via fundraising. Alice and I were lucky enough to do this trip in 2019. It was an unforgettable experience which she’d love to do again!!
