Dear Friends, Supporters, Kind-hearted Individuals and Fremont Alumni, Our local boy, Stephen Flores (aka Moose or Steve), a proud Fremont High School grad, needs a hand up. After serving our community of Sunnyvale as a coach in Little League, Pop Warner Football and in countless other ways, Stephen Flores lost his medical insurance. He was a loyal employee of Pepsi for 35 years. Since April 2024, he's had five surgeries that resulted in him losing his right leg. Campaign Goals: 1. Future Medical Costs: With your support, we aim to alleviate the financial burden of ongoing medical expenses that Stephen will incur throughout his journey toward recovery. We anticipate he'll need a prosthetic leg, wheelchair and other devices that would allow him to be more mobile. 2. Vehicle Accessibility: Transportation is a crucial aspect of independence, enabling Stephen to regain control over his life. Our goal is to raise funds to provide Stephen with a wheelchair-accessible vehicle that would aid in him gaining the freedom to travel, attend appointments and participate in activities without depending too much on others. Join Our Cause: We believe that our buddy, Stephen, deserves a chance to rebuild his life after a tragic event. By joining our cause and contributing to Stephen's journey, you become an integral part of his story. Your support, whether big or small, will help Stephen regain his independence, rebuild his life, and inspire others facing similar challenges. Please consider making a donation today. Every dollar counts and brings us closer to our goal. Additionally, sharing this campaign with your friends, family, and social networks will help us reach a wider audience, extending our impact and creating a stronger community of support around Stephen. Together, we can provide Stephen with the tools he needs to triumph over adversity and embrace a future filled with hope, possibilities, and endless opportunities. Let's come together, uplift one another, and empower Stephen on his journey toward a brighter tomorrow. Thank you for your compassion, generosity and for being a part of Stephen's incredible story.
