My dear, sweet mama, Tami Hoyer, has been fighting for her life the past few days in ICU with the final conclusion of extensive colon surgery. She will need to remain in the hospital for 7-10 days for round-the-clock care and monitoring. This is already one of the most major surgeries on a normal person, but factoring in her disease to the equation creates an even larger risk. As you can imagine her medical bills will be astronomical. Not only that, she will need continuing care at home as with her ALS she cannot communicate, do normal physical exercise to help get her strength back, or do really anything a normal person could do in this situation. All this being said, I am raising money to get my family through this incredibly difficult time. Any contribution is appreciated, even if it’s just $5 so we can run and get a coffee to keep our eyes open through all the late nights. Thank you everyone for the incredible outpouring of love.
