Hi my name is Summer Crawford and I am asking for help for the Monti’s. Kerrie Monti was recently diagnosed with colon cancer. She had to have emergency surgery to take out a 9.5 cm tumor and a foot of her colon. She has a colostomy bag for now but will have to get another surgery in September to reconnect her. After her surgery she will have 6 months of chemo. She runs a successful photography business and with her medical emergency has had to cancel and refund a lot of photo sessions and weddings. The medical bills have only started to pile up. During her stay at the hospital her son, Justin Monti who is special needs and very complex medically acquired double pneumonia. He was treated and released but had to go back recently and is still in the hospital due to complications. This of course has created a tremendous financial strain on them. BJ Monti works full time. He will have to take off work a lot for the rest of the year and I don’t want money to be a worry with everything going on. If you can and you would like to donate we are so appreciative. Kerrie Monti is the most selfless woman I know, let’s help this family out if you can!! UPDATE 7/23/2024!!!!! kerrie had a PET scan yesterday and we pray for great results and no cancer!!! Depending on the PET scan she will begin chemo in about 2 weeks! We will keep updating as we go and thank you so much for your thoughts, prayers and donations.
