Hello, My name is Brandon Bishop, I am currently making this fundraiser as I've exhausted all available resources to me and this is my last resort to help save myself and my family from our current situation. Recently(April 3rd, 2024) I was honorably discharged from the United States Airforce after 10 years of Service due to HYT(High Year of Tenure) and during my out-processing human error resulted in my life being turned upside down. I was eligible for severance pay and after a few months the money did not arrive and when I proceeded to question the financial section about the whereabouts of my money they replied "Oh we missed the attached document". I contacted my leadership there who helped me expedite the process to get this corrected however, Bills and Rent are always due. To clarify further on my current situation I have gone further and further into debt to make ends meet and both myself and my fiance have taken out loans to stay afloat and eat. In my current mental state I am unable to find employment(I am currently also waiting for the VA to process my medical documents so that i may receive help) Therefore I request assistance in trying to keep us off the streets. My wife is also unable to work as she is a disabled Veteran and this leaves us both with extremely limited options in what we can and cannot do. Please help with what you can spare and everything will be greatly appreciated. We are just trying to get out of the depths of the situation so that we can stabilize and move forward from the trauma.
