Hi everyone! We would like first to say thank you for viewing this need. My son lives in a house that has belonged to the family for over 100 years. It is a beautiful farmhouse but, due to age, needs much repair. He is in ministry as the Creative Pastor at a local church; as you know, most people in ministry do not have a high income. He has a huge heart and helps others as much as possible. Now he could use the help of others. His house has a bad roof that needs much repair. Plus, the foundation is bad, and there are mold issues due to the roof problem. He wants to save the family home and continue to live there but cannot afford the repairs. The money we are asking for is to repair where a tree went through the roof on 7/23/23 and the back part of the roof that also has a hole and is completely soft. This fundraiser does not include the cost of a whole roof, the foundation, or clearing the mold from the house. We thank you in advance for any donation. We pray that God blesses each gift a hundredfold. Update: the tree is off the roof now, thanks to all the generosity. Now for the roof repairs. We will update you when that has begun.
