Hi my name is Elias. My nephew was involved in a mortocycle accident in Roatan, Honduras. We believe it was a hit and run. He was found by a family friend, he is not responding but still has a pulse. The hospital staff and tech is limited as to what they can do on the island. We are please asking for help to fly him to medical facility on the mainland so he can receieve proper attention.
