Hi, My name is Dixie De La Rosa. My daughter in the photo is Hope Bray. If you know Hope, You know she has special needs and has a big heart. She doesn't like to see people sad or in need. Now, we are in need. We don't get to travel much; mostly out of the need for Dr. appointments, so we got to go away for the weekend. Unfortunately, our luck turned bad. While we were in the hotel, a hit-and-run driver hit the back of our truck and crushed the ramp/ carrier that we use for her electric wheelchair. The truck is fine but it crushed her carrier so we can no longer use it. We had to lift that 330 lbs. chair and put it in the back of the truck. Thank goodness there were a few good men around. Liable insurance will not cover it. So I thought that since I have to ask maybe we can get an upgrade. It would make our life easier.
