Hi Mountain Community, a devastating house fire claimed a friend's residence last night, July 2nd. Tim is a licensed contractor who has lost almost everything in this fire. We're extremely grateful that he was able to get out with his life, his dogs and most of his chickens. We have local contacts working their network to see about securing the following assistance for Tim: -Bulldozing / clearing his lot -Rebuilding / partial rebuild of a liveable structure -Any other building / construction assistance we can muster for the time being We are asking our community to pitch in and help a fellow community member with direct financial assistance to fill in the gaps for what's needed right now such as a temporary "burner" phone, bedding, toiletries and other essentials, etc. Tim will not have to worry about food as we've got that covered but will need funds as all of the unexpected necessities we're likely forgetting start to arise.
