Asalam Calaykum & Hi Everyone, My name is Ruweyda Mohamed and I am fundraising for a neighborhood in Jigjiga that currently has no Masjid (Mosque) nearby. This is the neighborhood my grandmother lived in for many years. While she was alive, she would always tell me about the struggles of living in the neighborhood because of no nearby Masjids and the nearest ones being far away for the elderly and disabled to go to. So, her and I agreed to take on the initiative of building a Masjid. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away but I want to continue on this project and use it as a means to benefit and honor her. Therefore, I sincerely ask you all to please donate to help this community full of senior citizens and disabled folks build their Masjid. It would mean alot to myself and the community that desperately need this space. Thank you!
