UPDATE: My brother, Dave Jones, has metastatic bladder cancer that has spread to his spine. Your donations have made it possible to secure a new apartment here in Waukesha with his wife Bobbi that will be available this Saturday!!! Thank you doesn't even begin to express our gratitude. As many of you know, Dave and Bobbi have been living in northern Wisconsin three hours away from family. They have been isolated with no transportation and poor medical care. Bobbi has been trying to care for Dave the best that she could, but his medical needs are far more than one person can manage. Dave was in crisis last Friday October 6th and I drove up to get him and drove him to the ER at Waukesha Memorial Hospital where he was admitted. Because of your donations we have raised nearly $2,000 of our $5,000 goal. Dave and Bobbi are in need of a used vehicle and help in covering their medical expenses. Our hope is that we can reach our $5,000 goal to make that happen. Those who know Dave knows what a loving and generous man that he is who has always brought joy and laughter to others. He opened his home and his heart to others who were in need. As far back as I can remember he took others in who needed a roof over their head or a hot meal. I used to refer to his house as "Dave's home for wayward souls." This is the kind of man that he is and our love for him keeps us striving to make the life that he has left comfortable and surrounded with love. If you are able to donate something, every little bit helps. You can even donate anonymously. Just click on the picture and it will take you to the donation page. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your donations and your continued prayers! With love and God's blessings, Debbie
