On Monday ( 07/10/23) afternoon/night we had a storm in La Antigua, Guatemala. Heavy rains and very strong winds, it caught us all by surprise and many people suffered damages to their property. Ronaldo lost his whole roof that got lifted by the winds and ended up in his neighbor's back yard. Needless to say that his belongings, furniture, computer, clothes etc got all wet due to the heavy rains of that evening. Many of you know Ronaldo from his work at Unidos Para los animales shelter, where he worked with the rescued dogs from Antigua and surrounding. Many of you might have a dog that was cared, walked, bathed, feed and loved by Ronaldo. Lets return the live back by helping him get back on his feet after this unfortunate event The funds will be transfered from my Canadian bank account to his Guatemalan bank account with full transparency to Ronaldo.
