This is Mark and his two nephews. He recently experienced an extreme flood due to severe weather in Fall River, Nova Scotia. Over 250mms of rain fell in less than a 12hour period. His entire property was over taken by water and it filled his house. He is safe but his house and property experienced a significant amount of damage. Unfortunately his insurance doesn’t provide protection against floods and he will have to absorb the damage all himself.
