My brother Brady and his long-time significant other Heather lost their home and Heather’s car in a devastating fire in Mountlake Terrace on Monday evening July 3rd. They made it out with just the clothes on their back. Thank God they are safe. Tragically, their neighbors did not make it out and perished in the fire. We are asking for help as they begin the journey of rebuilding their lives. They have lost almost everything they had in this fire. No clothes, no personal belongings, furniture, kitchen items, all of it has burned or been water damaged. These funds will be used to help Brady and Heather with daily living expenses (they are currently in a hotel), necessities like food, water, clothing, shelter and transportation. They need help with temporary housing, replacing essential items etc. Luckily, insurance coverage will help some, but it cannot replace or fully restore what once was. We hope you know what kind, loving, hard-working, helpful and resilient people Heather and Brady are. They did not deserve this, and I ask that you please consider helping them ease this burden even just a little bit. Your help would mean the world to us. We are very grateful for their lives, and we are very grateful for any contribution. We love you, Brady and Heather!!
