Hannah was 24 weeks pregnant. Around 3 am on July 23, 2024 she woke up feeling pain in her abdomen. After tossing and turning for about an hour she decided to get up. She noticed a lot of blood when she stood up and rushed to the hospital where they administered an emergency c section. They believe her placenta separated. They are not sure if it happened because she went into labor or if it caused her to go into labor. Paisley Jo was born 16 weeks premature and was air lifted to University of Iowa hospitals. Hannah was transported by ambulance a few hours later. Paisley has a very long road ahead of her, she will need to stay in the NICU until around her due date of November 8. She is currently stable with good oxygen levels and heart rates. Hannah will need to go on unpaid maternity leave 4 months sooner than expected. The commute for Hannah and Cameron to visit Paisley is about an hour drive each way. They are asking for help with gas and food money so they can spend as much time as possible with Paisley. Anything will help, even if it's just a share or prayer. From the bottom of their hearts they thank everyone.
