My name is Blaise Lolika; I am the founder and President of Global Assistance For Women and Children, Inc, a humanitarian organization organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. I am an African from the Democratic Republic of Congo( DRC) in the center of Africa, and I would even say it is Africa's heart. Although I am a naturalized American living in the United States for more than two decades, I have always considered the difficulties experienced by my original County, the DRC in particular, and Africa in general. That is why I founded this organization to alleviate the suffering of this vulnerable group, women and children. I began to feel the desire to serve others as a nurse from an early age. I was nine years old when I lost my father to a disease that was not known to be diagnosed, and I saw the health of the whole family decline throughout treatment until his death. My mother, who remained single, looked after the family and taught me how to care for others. Thanks to her, I understood the importance of a woman as the first educator and promoter of the future for the next generation. Living with a single mother, I quickly realized that a country that doesn't care for women and children has no future. After all, women carry pregnancies, give birth, and are the first to care for and educate children. My passion and affection for helping others maintain good health, promoting well-being, and avoiding complex illnesses stem early. I had a history of helping my compatriots since my first year as a nurse to constructively manage health problems when my country of origin, the Democratic Republic of Congo, experienced the first war of invasion by neighboring countries. We mainly seek funds to improve access to pediatric and psychological care, providing a holistic approach to women's and children's most critical challenges. The organization is active in the Democratic Republic of Congo, providing shelter and food for orphans and women, medical care, and psychological support. The organization's educational activities raise awareness of the importance of protecting women and children, especially among men. Global Assistance For Women and Children, Inc, organization, is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Since June 2024, we have been working regularly with vulnerable populations, especially malnourished children and girls and women who have been victims of sexual violence. At Global Assistance For Women and Children, Inc, multiple activities are working toward a future where women and children can live free of sexual violence and other atrocities in Kisangani, a town in the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Although all appreciate our missions, we need more means to achieve the objectives we have set ourselves. Our commitment to financing our projects has reached its limits, so we are asking people of goodwill to help us by donating to this noble cause to alleviate the human suffering of these women and children. We are sharing with you our organization's website, where you will find all our activities in favor of vulnerable people in the Democratic Republic of Congo/Kisangani, a Central African country where, for nearly twenty-five years, orphaned children have been abandoned to their fate. Women have suffered sexual atrocities day and night without the perpetrators of this crime being prosecuted. We thank you in advance for your donation. With Kind Regards Attached are a few photos of malnourished children to give you an idea of their disastrous situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo, specifically in Kisangani.
