This is Chelsea, she's 33 years old, she's a daughter, sister, wife, and mother to a beautiful 8 month old boy named Jaiden! 2 weeks ago she went in for her yearly woman's exam and showed her doctor a lump that felt abnormal... she was sent for an MRI, then sent over to have a biopsy done. She was diagnosed with triple negative stage 3 breast cancer 3 days later. This type of cancer is one of the most aggressive and fast growing types there are. Triple negative breast cancer does not respond to any kind of hormone treatment meaning they have no choice but to go straight to Chemo and Radiation. Chelsea is a stay at home mom, and was in the process of getting her CDL with hopes of going back to work for U-Haul driving the UBoxes. The cancerous mass has doubled in size since her diagnosis 2 weeks ago and is to large to remove now. Chemo therapy is starting on Wednesday 8/1/23, Her doctors are putting her on the strongest regimine and adding in an additional dose due to her current circumstances. This has all happened so quickly, in 2 weeks... she's been diagnosed, numerous MRIs, biopsy, echocardiogram appointments, and a port has already been implanted in her neck so the medicine can be administered straight into her artery. Our family wasn't prepared for this and havent had any time to gather resources for the long road ahead. In a couple days, her family (OUR family) is going to need a lot of help. In these scary, uncertain times ANYTHING will be appreciated more than words can describe. Donations will be used to help cover treatment costs and to help get a caretaker for her 8 month old boy Jaiden. Once the Chemo treatments begin there will be days she's super sick and will need help for herself as well. Her husband Daniel works full time and is the sole money maker for the family so he wont be able to regularly stay home to physically take care of the 2 of them. No one plans for this kind of thing, especially at such a young age. Any help would help tremendously!  Prayers are encouraged as well ... Thank you and God Bless! ❤️  7/31/23 update on Chelsea. - the port for Chemo administration is healing and feeling better for Chels. Today she had a biopsy done on her Lymph Nodes that showed some abnormalities on her last MRI scan. Fingers Crossed it's just something being thrown off by everything else her body is going through right now. Results should be back tomorrow or Wednesday. A huge thank you to each and every person who's found it in heir heart to help... whether that be donations, shares, prayers, words of encouragement, etc. We all appreciate it so much! Please keep it going. The hard parts about to begin. 8/18 - Chelseas been going to Chemo once a week. It's starting to take a small toll on her and affecting how much she's able to do however she's holding strong. As always with Chemo, her hairs starting to fall... within the next week or two she'll shave it off. 3 more treatments going once a week then she'll be switching over to once every 3 weeks.  9/14/23 - it's been awhile since I've done an update on Chelsea. She's half way through the Chemo part of treatment. The cancer is responding well to the chemo and the cancerous mass is shrinking well however her body is showing signs that the treatment is taking a toll on her. Last week she had to have an "emergency" same day blood transfusion due to her red blood cells being so low. They've also prescribed a once daily injection for her white blood cell count. Once chemo is done they will take a look at surgery to remove the mass. It's likely they will end up removing both breast due to the type of cancer she has, it's very probably to return in the future on the opposite even with successful treatment this go round. As always please continue to keep MY family in your prayers and any donation is greatly appreciated!
