In 2024, the AJO will celebrate it's 20th Anniversary! We have huge plans, and we need your help to make it happen! The AJO would like to establish itself for the long term by creating the non-profit organization "Adirondack Jazz". Our first step was trademarking the name "Adirondack Jazz". For our 20th Anniversary, we would like to completely rebrand Adirondack Jazz and it's performing Ensembles with new professional logos that we can use to advertise our events, and help build for the future. Being non-profit means that we can more easily apply for grant funding, accept tax-deductible donations, and eventually grow educational programs such as local jazz camps, and other projects all under the name "Adirondack Jazz". As of 2018, AJO has grown considerably. -Adirondack Jazz Orchestra -Adirondack Jazz Ensemble -Adirondack Jazz Repertoire Ensemble -Adirondack Jazz (Trio, Quartet, Quintet) We would like to grow, and redesign our current websites and social media to reflect the over brand of Adirondack Jazz for the 20th Anniversary. It starts by achieving non-profit status. Please consider helping us achieve non-profit status, to take the fiscal stress of running a professional jazz orchestra off of the members of the group. Help secure the future of Adirondack Jazz by contributing to the costs of the 501(c)(3) application and fees that would apply towards submitting this paperwork with a lawyer.
