Hey everyone my name is Michelle and I am posting to help a friend of mine who is very near and dear to my heart. I have known Derrick Summerlin (or as i affectionately call him BearBear) since 1999. I have seen him face many different types of adversities and challenges in these years to care for his children and overcome each and every one. In 2006 his baby girl Deja was born. A perfect little girl born with Spina Bifida and other medical challenges. I have watched him work tirelessly to learn all the things needed to care for her medical needs, overcome his OWN medical challenges, in addition to working full time as a cook. Bear would give you the shirt off his back, his last dollar if you needed it. Now, Bear needs our help! As a newly single father,he has recently been placed in a position where he has to fight for his baby girl and keep his place and stay on top of his bills. He is trying to work as much as he can (often double shifts during the week) just to make ends meet. He is seeking childcare just to be able to go to work. If you find it in your heart to be able to donate this would mean the world to me and especially to him and his baby girl. Please share this and help this wonderful man and Deja! Thank you ♥️
