Hi I'm Norstar Phoenix and I have been on 3 years probation for the last 7 years. Ive been paying on these fines and have put in over $20,000. I fell behind in my payments and I am at risk of being put back in jail. I have worked so hard to get my life back to a good place where I can start to thrive again. I'm broke and I need a little help before its too late. I need to just pay these fines off and get out of the criminal justice system. Please help, every little bit counts. Hail you!!
