Hi, my name is Tiffany and my husband and I are posting this on behalf of the Garcia family with their permission. On Wednesday August 2, 2024 at 3:02pm the utmost unfortunate situation occurred. What started as a brush fire that started behind neighboring homes and quickly turned into a fire swallowing the backyards of the homes it stretched out along. Most of us were able to make it out with minor damages to our property but the Garcia family lost their entire home. Within minutes the fire had consumed all they knew and all they loved. Mr. Garcia had just payed off his home as well as fixed and installed a new AC. All of his tools he had collected and purchased over the years were lost as well as all the families belongings and memories. Unfortunately at the time of the fire the Garcia’s hadn’t renewed their homeowners insurance. The amount being asked is to help them to start starting over since they have to start completely over again! ANYTHING helps even a share and a prayer to help get this family through.
