As many of you no doubt know, Vermont was hit hard by disastrous flooding on July 10th, 2024. My long-time friend Eric Gross is one of the many that bore the brunt of the storm, and he could use our help. His house was flooded about 3 feet deep into the first floor, where the water stayed for about 24 hours before receding. Needless to say, the damages to his home were catastrophic. We immediately began tearing out the floors, cabinets, appliances and furniture, gutting the walls to remove insulation, as well as cleaning out the basement, which needs repairs. It is going to be a long and expensive process for Eric getting his house back to liveable standards and he could use our help, as insurance likely will not be able to cover the full extent of the damages, not to mention the deductible. The funds raised will help Eric afford new floors, walls, appliances, cabinetry, fixing the foundation, tool replacement, electrical etc. The cost is proving overwhelming and anything you can contribute will be greatly appreciated and help make a difference. The goal set is for specific, budgeted repair expenses. Thank you very much!
